The way it generally works is that she owns the planes but staffing, maintenance, any dispatching requirements, etc. is managed by someone else. I doubt she employs her own pilots.
Most of swifts flights are domestic and regional so they’d be there and back in a day most likely.
Im mostly clueless but a family member owns multiple planes for their corporation and they have a single pilot. I have a hard time believing that someone like Swift doesn’t have a personal pilot she can trusts.
300 days a year? Has that been posted? Why is she flying more than twice a week which is 100 days?

Just based off what I have seen in the media, it is closer to 60/40 domestic/international. Plus her use of PJs has created quite the backlash from the environmental freaks, so 300 may be closer than you think.
She may have her captains and contractors as FOs. Who knows? There are a lot of ways to skin the corporate cat, so to speak.

I threw the 300 days a year number out there. I pulled it out of my arse but I think that’s an accurate number based on how much she travels and *if* she has dedicated pilots.
Edit: she’s not necessarily flying 300 days a year, but while she’s rubbing elbows at conference championships/super bowls, her pilots are hanging out at hotels away from their families. She’s not flying 300 days a year. Thats just what it would require to keep up with her. hottub did a good job of describing the business model in a previous post.

Celebs on that level will take a plane ride to go have dinner they are craving in another city.
Elvis used to do this, they live in a different world. And I GUARANTEE she isn’t randomly using all “sub-contractors”.
These pilots are vetted, and then their personalities grow on these Celebs and they just keep them in the rotation.
Also guarantee it’s just a rotation similar to offshore life but less strenuous in length. Maybe 7-10-14 days on, 7 off.
