So 1 intersection along a 5 mile parade route got water in the street and that means the entire parade route flooded and the whole city flooded

Look, I don’t really have a dog in this fight. Just thought it was odd that you specifically asked him what part of the route flooded, he answered, and you say “so what?” like he wasn’t answering the question you just directly asked.

Throw back article to 2018 when clogged catch basins were in the news and emergency contracts handed out to fix the problem.
