Vast majority. As in 95% of the transplants in Tx live in the “Texas triangle” I.e suburban sprawl.
The notion that people move to Texas and live on a ranch with livestock is laughable. The only ones living like that are generational families who have had land passed down multiple times.

eta: I guess it could feel that way if you had only lived in one place for your entire life before moving? I moved around as a kid and as a younger adult so maybe i'm a special snowflake.
