Old heads may move along because they just don't want to build the requisite skill sets to work in the new world but there are plenty of coaches to fill any vacuum that occurs.
The vacuum isn’t going to be filled with coaches, it’s going to be filled with babysitters and marketers and politicians

If nothing else, we will see more circus leaders like Deion who have little to no coaching pedigree leading recruits to his program with all of the flash. Prime will handle the recruiting aspect of the game and he will let his other coaches worry about the X’s and O’s.
