It's probably fine. I feel like I'm missing out on a lot of nutrients without the yolk. Plus, it tastes a lot better. I'd be concerned with the quality of the eggs since it's so cheap.

like rocket said, nothing wrong with it, but missing lots of micronutrients.
i would prefer to see people blend 2-3 eggs with maybe some egg white and low fat cottage cheese. gets the protein really high, gets your the micro nutrients and a good blend of different types of protein(ultra fast and slow releasing) and gets you some good fats and still pretty cheap.
also the cottage cheese actually makes the eggs very fluffy which is nice from a filling standpoint.
