Yes. In Waskom, TX. At the time my wife and I lived in a double wide. The tornado crossed I-20 about 1/4 - 1/2 mile to the west of us. Every time the lightning would flash, you could see it.

Before it arrived I was standing on the porch and you could feel the pressure change and the wind stop and shift direction. It was pretty wild.

What was your plan if it came straight at you?

There’s a strip just west of Waskom that seems to be a tornado magnet, at least 4 or 5 have crossed I-20 just west of Waskom near 5 Star Buliders within the past 7 years.
