I certainly have no skins such as Mulkey, but have been in the profession. We need to mix and change defenses occasionally. Teams get comfortable against our man to man, mostly because we lack quickness

Even if it's only a few times per game, switch from man to zone for one possession - maybe it confuses the offense on that trip and helps get a stop. Then go back to man.
Just do it occasionally to throw the opponent off.
But most teams (men and women) never do it.
