Haze, overwhelming grief is disorienting and exhausting. Take care of yourself and don’t make any big decisions unless you have to. An author named Alan Wolfelt wrote some good books on grief. They are short and give practical ideas of what to expect and what to do/not do. Most of all, let it out when it comes. You can’t run from what’s inside you and letting grief out takes away its power.
