Absolutely. Hey, if you want to take a chance of significant jail time by playing hero.....then more power to you. I truly hope it works out for the best. But the reasoning some in this thread have of "well he was probably going to do it again at some point" is not, has never been, and never will be justification of shooting someone.

There's definitely some cases from Texas that have gone either direction. But don't put your freedom into the hands of corrupt DA's and Judges.
