I think it would be possible on a one way trip. I read online where the maximum fuel load for combat on a B-29 Superfortress was around 3600 miles. A flight from Paris to New York is around 3600 miles. The Enola Gay took off near Guam and the flight from Guam to Okinawa is 1500 miles.

I'm not sure what type of bombers Germany had at the time to compare it to the B-29.

They didn't have any. They never built any long range four engined bombers in any quantity. Victor Davis Hanson talks about this in his book The Second World Wars. It was a strategic mistake on the Germans part as it put Russian industry out of their reach after Stalin moved everything to the east.
