You’ve heard me say this over and over again they’re making it harder and harder for Border Patrol to do their job. They need access, and they need access right now. It’s under the Constitution of the United States. Federal law is the supreme law of the land and any conflicting state is preempted that law. Right now he is getting in the way ….”
