Maybe.. but fwiw, i know just as many guys who are mentally ill, but they dont seek therapy, or help of any kind.. instead, some of the ones i knew- especially dudes that have been in the military, but not only them- tend to hold everything inside until they explode and blow their brains out, drink themselves to death , etc.. it’s pretty sad .
