I think... no, I KNOW its dumb to constantly bitch on this board about what Trump didnt know or slam him for not instinctively breaking with the entire civilized world on a disease that was supposed to kill us all. The "facts" you are citing were nothing more than nascent rumor and innuendo (if anything) by the end of 2020. There were no boosters, no myocarditis, and no variants at that time. As for the CDC, no one here, except the loons, dont want them held accountable.
Unfortunately for you, not even the best minds at the CDC can cure TDS.

And my response to that belief is it's why the American Right has lost its way and has become overly soft. I think it's well worth our time to be introspective about how Covid response was handled. Covid response has arguably had the greatest impact on this country of anything since WWII, and what do you know - it left the establishment and Leftists more monied and more in control.

You are habitually wrong about this.
The Death Certificate Matching program was understood and even discussed in these threads within weeks of being imposed by the CDC.
In these very threads there were many posters that knew what was going on and had a lot of science/facts to back their arguments up.
And what's interesting to me is while we sit here, two conservatives, debating whether it was understood within a month or two that Covid did not warrant all the shutdowns, all the curtailments of rights, all the spending - we never even touch on something as fundamental as - - - even if the virus was as hyped, why do conservatives want fedgov even trying to fix it/protect us from it? Give me a list of things fedgov does more effectively, more quickly, and more efficiently than we can do for ourselves closer to home.
