They knew this in May 2021, yet Biden issued an Executive Order in September 2021 mandating all federal employees be vaccinated, then doubled down in November 2021 utilizing OSHA and CMS to coerce the majority of the population into vaccination.
And of course, there were also states mandating vaccines for children to attend school, despite their low risk of Covid complications but increased risk of vaccine complications.
All these mandates issued, not a peep about the potential risks.
