You give people an inch, they'll take a mile. My biggest issue when I became a manager was understanding not everybody takes personal responsibility or ownership. They all do not have drive. My work ethic is not theirs.

How do they not when there’s real money on the line? Like support a family money
Trust, a lot more people want those jobs than have them. That should motivate anybody
