If they are good employees that get their jobs done, why not?
I WFH and sure there are days I’m lazy and don’t get shite done. But others I’m working way past the time I would if I was in the office.

I WFH and work harder than last jobs that were in office. All about the worker.

Exactly. I've worked way more nights and weekends than I ever would have in the office.
