One of THE MOST FALSE & overused statement that floats around is,

“Diversity & inclusion makes us stronger”

They use that ideology in the wrong situations where it does not make us stronger, makes u much weaker!

It’s hilarious that when we are in WAR TIME like we are in right now thanks to the idiot libtards on this boards’ leaders, but now that we are at War and growing,

BUT EVERY SINGLE MILITARY COMMERCIAL I SEE IS SOME WHITE BAWS, BIG & STRONG, MOST LIKELY SOME MAGA BAWS FROM THIS BOARD OR MIRROR IMAGES OF US!

But if they aren’t trying to stir up recruits, it’s all the diversity and inclusion crap.

If I’m on a battlefield, only thing I’m wanting a woman for is to stay back in the tent for nighttime activities and making me sammiches.

On a real note, I can see them being in dispatch in the office or inventory and supplies etc…. But women have no reason to be on tbe battlefield, PERIOD END OF STORY!

Unless your in a civil war and no other options.

Say what? I haven’t seen a commercial from any of our services that look like that in a long time. It’s usually at least one woman (black or Latin) and a hodge pudge of other races. Or two black women like the ptsd commercial with the two average instathots of black color

Let me begin by making this point as clearly as possible. There is absolutely nothing worse for the combat effectiveness of a military, than attempting to use recruiting as a social engineering program.

It was reported in this newspaper recently how the US Army has seen a dramatic fall in the number of white recruits, as the Military.com website found that the army fell 10,000 short of its 65,000 enlistment target.

Underpinning this drop was a dramatic decrease in white recruits from 44,042 in 2018, to just 25,070 in 2023, leading to the proportion of white recruits falling from 56.4 per cent of all recruits in 2018, to just 44 per cent. According to the US Census from 2022, around 59 per cent of all US citizens were from white backgrounds. The US military is 17 per cent women, so the recruiting crisis is primarily one among white men.

Clearly, something inside the US Army’s recruitment system is failing, both in terms of targets being drastically missed, and a failure to recruit effectively among the nation’s largest ethnic group. …
