re: What do you like most and least about where you currently live?

I moved 5 years ago from South LA to MS for a place with the following:

Better demographics
Better schools
Lower cost of living
No flood risk
Cheaper insurance
Much less people

And I couldn’t be happier. If this place grows too much I’ll move further into the sticks. The older I get the less I like being in busy places and around large numbers of people.
