Correct, worst is a relative term. It does not mean bad.
I do believe he has an adequate arm. But I would not call it impressive. His speed is quite impressive. I hope he becomes an amazing QB in the NFL but has poor showings against the Saints.

I don't think Daniels has elite arm strength, but I do wonder if it is better or worse than compared to Joe Burrow. Burrow wasn't regarded as having elite arm strength coming into the draft, and isn't regarded as having elite arm strength now, but to me they look to have similar velocities.
