I could see it having a minimal effect, if any. Mainly because the past few years reflects the NFL's transition to a more mobile QB than the traditional QBs. Pretty much every starting QB has at least some type of running ability. Basically, the numbers on running qbs and pure pocket passers has flipped over the past few years to where now QBs are more mobile in general.
Example:
group 1 (QBs of 2000s) brady, mannings, flaco, rivers, etc. + McNabb, Vick
group 2: (QBs today) Murray, Jackson, Hurts, Fields, Watson + Burrow, Cousins, Stafford, Goff.
Found this article from a couple months that talks about the value of mobile QB increasing. Seems pretty accurate IMO.
