Which Feds are going to attempt....."? No way biden's handlers send in The Army. Not near enough Federal Marshalls. The only way is to cut Federal funds, but unless he goes the Executive Order route again, there's no way Congress will pass anything meaningful. Hot rhetoric, yes. Actual results from Congress, no way. Safe to assume Abbott has had his legal team researching this issue.
