He’s probably paying more in demolition than the property’s worth. Plus the reported 1.2ish million he paid for it. Seems insane, but not my monkey not my circus.
On another note, the subdivision across the road snubbing him is apparently accurate and the rest of that story is that he built an observation deck on top of the building so he could look down on them from across the road. lol.
