He’s probably paying more in demolition than the property’s worth. Plus the reported 1.2ish million he paid for it. Seems insane, but not my monkey not my circus.

On another note, the subdivision across the road snubbing him is apparently accurate and the rest of that story is that he built an observation deck on top of the building so he could look down on them from across the road. lol.

All subdivisions have codes and homes should fit the general style and construction. This monstrosity did neither, he wasnt snubbed, he had plans for a home that did not comply.

But controlling who or what is right next to your living space has a value you just cant put a price tag on. No one, and it mean no one was going to buy that home for anywhere near a million, next thing you know someone buys it for a event center for weddings and reunions type shite and you have a party in your backyard every weekend. I love it, he will do something tasteful and pretty for us all to enjoy versus looking at a shell of a big arse house.
