I would expect at least 2 months, and likely more than 3.
Hughes' concurrence/dissent will be longer than the majority opinion.
Now...what's interesting is that the SC has to deal with BOTH the 1st Circuit's decision AND the trial court. If they just reverse the 1st Circuit, that would arguably leave the district court ruling in place (which held there was compliance, but "adverse effects" made it unreasonable).
So, they're going to have to deal with all of it.
