And I agree.
Legally, BR CAN sue to block based on “disparate impact” since that is part of the incorporation law, but I don’t think they will get a lot of sympathy if they win.
“We can’t afford our city if we don’t tax a bunch of people we don’t provide services for” doesnt play well in public.

So the State supreme court heard the St. George part, then turns into traffic court? WTF?
