Hunted Terrebonne parish. As far as numbers go, this was the best season we’ve had in the 25 years we’ve hunted here. 508 ducks - 41 hunts. Probably 70% ringneck ducks.
Right up the canal from you and had similar results. Though I won't say the best. It was decently average for us. Not nearly the big ducks we usually have and never got the huge concentration of ringers staying on the lease. But we did kill the shite out of them. Didn't track numbers but we had 2-4 man limits on every hunt except the first 2 weekends (mainly because it was all Dogris before the ringers arrived). Whistler and wood ducks kept us happy the first split. Banner year for them.

Didn’t get to hunt in marsh until after Xmas. Ringers were guaranteed in certain blinds. The rest were a crap shoot, they killed grays earlier in season. They mostly disappeared. This last weekend was great Sat, shitty Sunday. Mostly teal, few grays and wigeon and some lost ringnecks landing in 4” of water.

And we still have wood ducks down there. Starting to thin out with the water rise.
