Well then you know how laughably bad people like me are at being compliant. I wasnt organized enough at the time and it became more of a noose than a help. I got
a "loan" with forgiveness contingent on meeting specific hiring/employment requirements and spending requirements. I spent the money on things that were approved...but had to hire and w2 a position that I had no business doing. If I had no grant, I could have closed the business
and moved on after it was apparent I didnt have a successful thing going. Instead I had to get additional jobs just to pay to keep
my gym running to pay an employee and my bills...just so that I didnt have to pay back a loan/grant that untimately wasnt even that much money.
