Deer backstrap in the air fryer because the smoker is still iced up and it's 10 degrees...but honestly, it might be better from the air fryer. Easier to cook perfectly even. Served with garlic butter melted on top. Wife with a baked potato, I had baked sweet potato with a little salt, and asparagus on the side. Thick sliced bacon (in the oven) and pancakes for kids. They don't know how good they have it.
