Going to change up summer plans a bit and want to rent a lake house at Toledo bend for a week this summer. Parents bring up their ski boat so looking for a part that has good depth for tubing, wakeboarding, etc any recommendations on areas or any specific houses if you have experience would be greatly appreciated.

If you want water sports go to south end by the dam. Much less concern for stumps down there. We have a place at Indian creek that is on VRBO. We ski and tube right in front of camp. It’s sandy so when lake level drops we have a beach. Toledo bay by the dam is wide open for tubing.

Go to the south end of the lake. North end is stumps and trees

South end is so much more grass and deep water.

Wildwood resort in Zwolle is cheap with good cabins and a good boat launch. If you have a decent boat you can run south pretty easy

Pretty sure the Miller's Bay area has a decent amount of open water. You can find lots of places to stay in the general area.
