I'm talking a schweinshaxe style cut, not your typical ham hock.

Did you just watch that episode of Rich Stein’s Long weekend on Pluto that I saw yesterday or the day before lol. They are in Berlin eating this. Not gonna lie it didn’t look that good to me

never been a fan of pork knuckle, always found moose knuckle to be much more tender and moist
