This is going to be a surprise to you, but no he won’t. Much like last time he simply won’t be able to resist looking like a petulant bully who can’t control himself.

I think Biden is easily the worst president since Carter, but it won’t matter.

Btw, Trump will do poorly with the black vote, because it isn’t who votes, it’s who counts that matters.
