Using their most liberal dating of the gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John were composed between the years 70 and 100.
Wrong. Markion of Sinope published the first Christian New Testament including 10 letters attributed to Paul - what he called the “Apostolikon”, and the gospel of the Lord - what he called the “Evangelikon”. He published his NT including his prologue called the “Antithesis” where he makes the claim that he didn’t make it all up, but that it was Paul’s gospel. He also specifically calls out scripture that stood in opposition to his own, namely the Jewish Old Testament. He released his NT in 144CE.
In 180CE a church father named Irenaeus wrote a paper called “Against Heresies”. You see, for the first 20 years or so of Marcion’s spreading his NT he was in high regard to the Church of Rome and made substantial donations. When Markion started preaching that Jesus was the son of God, and that the Hebrew god of the Old Testament was an evil and ignorant creator god called the “Demiurge”, he was kicked out of Rome (Rome later excommunicated Markion after his death). In Irenaeus’ writing, released 46 years after Markion released “Paul’s” gospel, Irenaeus heavily criticizes Markion, his gospel, and his theology. In this writing by Irenaeus, in 180CE, it is the first time any church father makes a reference to a gospel other than the one Markion published. It is in 180CE that we have evidence of the very first time “Mark” “Matthew” and “Luke” were mentioned.
In summary, many scholars assign Markion as the very first written gospel, and the others are derived from Markion later in response to Markion being kicked out of the church around 165CE. So you see, a liberal dating of the canonical gospels is mid/late second century.

My atheist nutjob alert goes off whenever "CE" is used or you watched too much History Channel growing up.
Amazon basically created a story to elevate the demon worship of Lilith.

No, it is not wrong.

And Marcion was the creator of the 2nd century heresy known as Marcionism. Early church fathers such as St. Justin Martyr, St. Irenaeus of Lyons, and Tertullian called him a heretic for rejecting the God of the Old Testament, taking a polytheistic approach to Christianity, and proclaiming that St. Paul was the only true apostle of Christ. He was excommunicated for his beliefs by the Church in Rome in the year 144.

Even the most secular of New Testament scholars have abandoned this position as older manuscripts of the gospels have been found throughout Europe, Africa, and Asia Minor. P90 for instance, a piece of papyrus from the Gospel of John, is dated to as early as the year 110.

What a load of BS. No scholars believe Marcion wrote a gospel. 1 John and 2 John were written as a warning against Proto-Gnosticism that was starting to pop up.
