Knock out sugar and high fructose corn syrup. I’ve gone from 38 jeans to 34 ‘s - 35. By just doing this.

Used to eat the Hubig’s pies x3 some nights. Or a pack of chocolate chips. Now if I need some sugar ( rarely ) I’ll eat some honey.

I eat real food. Meat and vegetables I cook. A lot of it is greasy with rice and gravy.

Never have cared for sweet drinks. I drink all of the beer and whiskey that I care to.

Yeah, I was starting to have to wear size 36 pants in 2021, I was well over 180lbs. My 32s were baggy by mid 2023, but are starting to get tight again. I want to push down to a 30. I’ve had a hard time staying consistently below 160lbs without making MASSIVE lifestyle changes or illness. I usually tend to hover around 165 just eating normal and exercising minimally. I want to drop down to closer to 150. I haven’t gotten below 155 since high school, but came close a couple times, once last summer and once back in 2014.

I noticed a HUGE difference in my self esteem and how others saw me when I was thinner vs just a few pounds heavier. Anyone who says women don’t care about weight are lying liars.
