Democratic Convention is August 19th.
So my guess is Biden drops out around the end of June, beginning of July.
If he drops out too soon the Democratic voters will want a say in who the nominee will be.

We all know the elites of the DNC aren't going to let that happen. A handful of people at party HQ will make the decision.
