That's possible, but my current stuff is 15+ years old and was purchased off the shelf. I'm treating myself to a new driver and woods this year, and then getting some lessons.

I would reverse that order. I needed to go to a stiff shaft after lessons.
ETA: Just saw your response above. If you have no clubs, then yeah you might as well go get fitted.
