Nothing like going cheap when operating on your own wife. Also being married 2x with three kids and heavy plastic surgery at 33 is something else.

it's even worse than that. The Dr's wife, who died, was actually performing surgery on patients, even though she had ZERO medical training.

His "operating room" was never permitted, yet he performed multiple surgeries there.
