Not sure where you’re getting 9 from because you only had about 4 or 5 NFL guys listed.
Either way, I’ve counted 15 NFL guys from Saban/2000’s so it’s not really comparable
I’m not saying we didn’t have any good DBs at all before Saban, but we started building a culture of DBU & producing NFL DBs post 2000

What you’re talking about is the nickname, I’m just pointing out that we had outstanding DBs before the younger people decided to give it a name. The lineage goes back to the 90s or even to Carrier and Jackson in the late 80s. And those 9 NFL guys are
