Bolded were all Cooper guys

You're' also using draft years and not years they played at LSU. The best era was undeniably with Cooper when we had Peterson, Claiborne, Mathieu, Reid, Brooks, and Taylor all on the same roster

I was thinking about the last ones he recruited. It still blows my mind how bad we were at pass defense in 2020. You had Stingley and Flott both very good NFL starters at corner and nickel. Ricks is getting a lot of playing time at the other corner and was a freshman All American. Then you had back ups like Ward and Dwight who was drafted or will be drafted by the NFL. Bo Pelleni had to be the worst hire in our history to have us playing that bad.
