It does. But like I said, it's the most rah-rah gung-ho Army installation by far.

Bliss when I was there was high crime with not a lot to do. Make sure you have a garage or your car will end up in Juarez. Bragg was OK, as people have said, it’s definitely the full-on Army experience. If you end up there, live north of post, up towards Lillington or further, and spend your off time in Raleigh, which is a cool town. Plus you’ve got the beach not too far to the east, and the mountains not too far to the west
