Friend of mine daughter brought her car to Change 5 in Zachary to get oil changed. They didn’t put the oil plug back in and it burnt up her engine. The did agree to pay for a new engine if he signed an NDA. They didn’t want him bad mouthing them.
My grandfather had a motorhome with a Cummins diesel. It was a bout 6 months old and he brought it to Margot in BR to get all the filters changed before the took it to Alaska for a month long trip.
They get up to Oregon and get an engine light warning. They found a local Cummins dealer. Margot put the wrong air filter in and it sucked trash in. Engine has to be rebuilt. This was in the early 90’s and it cost 9K. They had to fly home and leave it in Oregon.
