Not really service related but I know some that bought a new Altima from Eddie Tourrelle Nissan in Covington back in 2006 or 2007. Had the car a week or so and it started pulling real bad to one side. Took it in to the service department and come to find out the car had been wrecked. They sold him a used car as a new one and on top of that it had been wrecked.

Back when I was in high school we bought a used car from there and the same thing. After having it a week or so, found out it had been wrecked as well, wasn't disclosed and we asked. This was before carfax became popular.
