I’ve been going through the same thing on a 3600 sq ft house. About 30 windows to replace.
Renewal by Anderson bid over $100,000
Window World bid less (about $37k) but they only do windows of specified dimensions. There were a few windows they could not replace.
Another company was nearly identical to Window World but promised they have a factory under construction that will be able to construct unique windows in about 6 months. If we bought now, they would continue to offer the discounted price.
Relief Windows was able to do all windows and bid around $34k.
Be ready for used car sales tactics such as the offer only being good by tonight, tomorrow, or 3 days. This is of course bullshite. Keep shopping. You can get someone to go back to your house later and get the same offer.
Most also offer lifetime warranties on the windows and labor/installation. If either is not offered or if the warranty is not transferrable, ask why…and then choose between companies that offer both warranties that are transferable.
