A 3% raise in this economy and inflation is essentially telling your employees that they are worth less this year than last year.

I guess she at least didn't get laid off like a few others at her place did. So, we've got that going for us.

Not sure if big or small company because that matters. Also matters that she got a raise at all. If she doesn't like it then get another job.
