A lot of men would claim that a man who gets taken advantage of has it coming for not knowing any better. That is some BS. There is an ethical standard that is expected in society...just because someone may not know any better than to pay $50 for an air filter that costs $12 and takes 5 minutes to replace is no reason to dismiss them being over charged.
