I have a separate work space and they know to stay out when I’m working.

The problem with WFH is that most people doing it don’t take it seriously. You need a workspace no matter where you are. Get dressed. Keep normal hours. Have the same (or in my case better) equipment that you’d have in the building.

If you’re working in the living room with kids running around or in your bed in your underwear it’s probably not going to work.
