Eh I am a manager and I love it. I manage 2 supervisors and they have 20 total employees. We do 3 days in/2 days out.

PTO days are down substantially for my staff. Productivity is just as good, and is actually better on the 2 WFH days. We still have the benefits of seeing each other face to face 3 days a week. Hybrid seems to be a good model for us.

I think what it really shows us is most people don't require 40 hours per week to do what they need to do maybe.

WFH allows all the personal things to be done during work hours.. that's why they take less leave.

It's a good setup. I think companies will miss out on qualified people because those people don't want to move to your location. I can see both sides.
