Not the same thing at all. Bama and other teams in its situation are put in a one way transfer portal situation where their entire roster is fair game but they have no ability to go out and seek transfers from other teams. The rule is ridiculous. I’m not weeping for Bama, but I’d be pissed if Kelly bolted and this happened to us.

They have the spring portal window just like everyone else and you can bet your arse they will be tampering before then. They don't need any pity.
