The Steak is actually pretty good there.
Also they have an Eggplant appetizer that IMO is one of the better Apps in BR...

Its been a few years maybe 2 or even 3 but I heard all they hype about the ribeye so I ordered it. Found it to be very gritty and to much fat and gristle then I like on my steak. Hopefully things have change.

I went with my GF the other day, kind of the same deal, im not a big sushi fan.
I got the steak (Ribeye) and it kicked arse. It came on top of mashed potatoes with asparagas and it was awesome.
Also, you need to get the Lava Roll. Trust me, I dont like sushi, but this Roll will turn your head. Give it a try, you will thank me later.

Could try the cucumber roll instead of an apatizer/salad. It's all vegitables and doesn't have any rice or raw seafood. It's a good way to ease into sushi.
