My lemon and grapefruit didn't produce at all due to the late freeze, but my satsuma did. With that said, the flavor was different this year. More... intense? Likewise, I think it was because of the drought. In the same way that grape vines make for better wine if they struggle a bit, I think my tree had to work harder than usual to develop the fruit it produced. It wasn't unpleasant or anything. Just different.

My 5 year old Myers lemon has a bunch of flowers on it now. I plan to cover it with a couple of old bed spreads and then plastic to keep it dry. I will also put a light under the tree to add a little more heat.
