And the 77 number is reflective of the self imposed 8 scholarship reduction for NCAA violations.

Whoever reported that has inaccurate numbers.
They had 39 available.
Added 15 high school recruits.
Added another 15 transfers from the portal.
They gave scholarships to three walkons to get them to 72 scholarship players which is what they played the season at.
