Yeah, the easiest way to make good food choices is at the grocery store. If you don't have junky food at home, you're less likely to snack on it. Once you get past that first couple of weeks eating healthy, and realize how much better you feel by cooking and eating real healthy food, it becomes much easier. No more bags of chips or salty/sweet snacks at night. Fill up on protein and healthy fats at dinner and you'll be full and not feel like you need that snack. I keep greek yogurt and some granola around for snacks.

I know most people don't like it but I keep some cottage cheese around at all times. If I get an urge for something sweet I'll have a serving of cottage cheese with some berries or just drizzle a small amount of honey and cinnamon on it
